The Binance hack, which triggered roughly $6.3 billion in losses, sparked a broader crypto selloff. Yet three altcoins remain near their all-time highs.

Hyperliquid (HYPE) trades at $90.66, just 7.4% below its September record of $97.99. The token rallied after Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) agreed to work with trade[XYZ], which operates perpetual futures markets on Hyperliquid. The deal could bring regulated US trading onto the network, pending approval. HYPE reclaimed the $85.19 level on October 29 with its highest trading volume since August. Its RSI stands at 65. Technical analysis suggests a daily close above $93-95 could push HYPE toward $97.99, then $104. Breaking below $85.19 risks a retreat to $75.14.

LEO Token (LEO) trades at $9.46, about 9.3% below its $10.43 record. The token broke out of a month-long range on October 29 after finding support near $8.91. LEO's RSI has surged to 80, its highest since April, signaling powerful buying momentum but also potential overheating. Resistance sits at $9.49-9.60. A breakout above $9.60 could send LEO toward $10.43. Rejection near $9.49 risks a decline back to $8.91.

WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) trades at $73.76, down 16.3% from its September record of $88. Unlike HYPE and LEO, WBT shows bearish momentum. Selling volume has surged while RSI approaches 30, nearing oversold territory. The token has formed progressively lower highs. Holding the $73-75 support zone could allow recovery toward $86. A break below $70.48 risks acceleration toward $65.08.
